Standard Plan (197/month) includes:

  • A comprehensive property inspection with a report is conducted quarterly
  • Access to our handyman course and  quick home inspection course (recommended and optional)

  • Small repairs ( features reinforcement)

For all subscription maintenance plans,  our customers have the option to set up as a 1-hour service per month,  a 3-hour trimestral visit, or a 3-hour quarterly visit per year. 

Most structural, mechanical, electrical and equipment maintenance should be handled by contractors who specialize in this type of work.

Minimal collaboration from our customers can bring significant results. We require a property defects checklist from customers to cover all small repairs on every visit.
